Go to Faerieland immediately while having your inventory open in another windwo and DO NOT open the Newbie Pack. Refresh at Faerieland for a while then click on the "Open Newbie Pack" button. You should have at least one Faerie Paint Brush, two if you are lucky. The glitch doesn't always work so if you do not get it on your first try, try again. Enjoy :) Still Not Sure If It Works.
